Our Flavorist School is a two-year program designed to shape the next generation of flavorists.
You will spend an intensive 10 months learning from top instructors in Geneva. Then you will return to your home affiliate for 14 months of hands-on, practical experience. The curriculum covers every aspect of flavor development, preparing you for a dynamic career. Succeed in the program, and you will earn a position as an Associate Flavorist.
Expect to sharpen your senses and expand your imagination. You will have the freedom to play with new ideas, work with cutting-edge science, and team up with creators across the globe. From the first spark of inspiration to the final taste, innovation is not just a goal, it is our main ingredient.
Expect to see your creations enjoyed by millions. The flavors you develop will do more than just delight the senses; they contribute to a better world. Whether creating delicious plant-based alternatives or healthier nutritional solutions, your skills will help shape a more sustainable and flavorful future.
Expect to hit the ground running. This is not just a training program; it is a launchpad for your career. You will receive world-class training, one-on-one mentoring, and a clear path for professional growth. We champion a culture where every voice is heard, and every trainee is supported to reach their full potential.
